what platform do you use?
ZOOM! A link will be emailed immediately after purchase and you will receive a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour prior to the start of the training.
when will i receive my certificate?
You will be emailed your certificate within 48 hours (As long as quiz and course evaluation are completed)
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel prior 24 hours of the start of the training- you will receive a credit or refund
Without 24 hours notice- no credit or refund
when does registration close?
24 hours prior to the course unless the course fills to capacity (Which happens often, so don’t miss your spot- sign up early)
